My girlfriend's son-in-law was mugged at 6:30AM last Sunday morning by a thug that came from this slum house on 3rd and Mulberry Streets.One aspect of slum apartments is the tell-tale wooden fire escape coming from the attics. This is sign of slumlords that do their best to maximize the number of people that they can rent to, regardless of the harm this does to the neighborhoods.
Watch out for this house - you might get mugged, and they are operating a 24-hour drug store.

Unfortunately he wasn't. The tenants denied any knowledge the the perp who is apparently from out of town.
