Keeping a Log

The city of Millville Police Department and Code Enforcement, in conjunction with the Weed and Seed program have been making Nuisance Complaint Logs available to residents.

The is a simple page that has space for you to write the date and time, the address, and the problem that you observed.

This program is working, as we have learned through the grapevine. A recent drug bust in Center City was facilitated by these crime logs, handed in anonymously by residents. Four people were arrested, and one held on a substantial bail.

Copies of blank logs are available from Derek Leary on the 4th Floor of City Hall.

Updates for June, 2008

We met with Lt. Ed Zadroga on June 2nd. The Millville Police Department has procured about 20 Neighborhood Watch signs. If you would like one in your neighborhood, please contact Carl B. Johnson via the form on the linked page.

We now have Neighborhood Watch window decals available. We have personal security handbooks. Again, please contact Carl if you would like decals or handbooks.

We need YOU! We need your eyes and your ears. We urge all residents of Millville to form a Neighborhood Watch on their street. Contact Carl, or Lt. Ed Zadroga of the MPD at 856-825-7010 ext. 7366.
