The NE corner of 4th and Sassafras Streets is once again becoming a drug corner. This corner is an attractive hangout as their are no tenants in either the AHOME property or the house on the other corner, and there are no windows on the concrete tenement directly across.
I don't believe most of the tenants would care even if there were windows. I believe they are hiding stash in the aloe-like succulents in the front lawn.
